In order to help keep costs low and easier to budget, I've created several packages that folks can choose from instead of an hourly rate. These include many of the typical settings and functions that are needed by businesses and organizations. Additional work, such as custom theming, can be contracted hourly or a separate encompassing bid can be offered.
Website features
Some of the features that clients routinely choose include:
- Easy to edit content
- Easy to use administrator menu
- Ability to upload/add images, audio, and video to the site
- A blog or pressroom
- Forums with/-out commenting systems
- Calendar
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools like Google Analytics and a sitemap for search engines

- CiviCRM - tracks donors and volunteers, sends email blasts, and more

The features available for your site are dependent on the package chosen. Due to the amount of time to install and customize these items, not all features will be available with all packages.
Themes
A theme is the look of the site - the layout, colors, fonts, etc.
Sites are typically either fixed width (a set width for the content; content is either aligned in the center with empty space on right and left, or aligned to the left with empty space on the right) or 100% width (content areas stretch to fill the entire screen).
All installs include the basic themes included with Drupal. Intermediate, Campaign, and Non-Profit installs come with additional third-party themes. Customized themes are available - contact us for an estimate. You can also purchase premium themes online.

Pricing begins at $1,000 for this package
- Non-Profit Installation of Drupal + CiviCRM
This install includes a few customizations to a basic installation:
- Theme enabled for public/admin areas (includes some third-party themes)
- Keywords and description added for site's default search engine optimization (SEO) information
- Up to 8 links added to main menu
- Text added to 12 basic pages (home page, contact page, about page, supporters, etc.)
- Create user account for local site administrator
- Main site color changed and minor edits to theme
- Connect Google Analytics to site
- Connect your social media accounts to the site
- Custom font ability installed and up to 3 fonts changes made
- Install CiviCRM
- Add up to 15 fields to the preformatted volunteer form
- Add up to 8 fields to the preformatted donor form

- Intermediate Installation of Drupal
This install includes a few customizations to a basic installation:

Jenni Simonis is not responsible for any issues that arise with third-party web hosts, such as server software that does not meet basic requirements for Drupal installations. I recommend purchasing web hosting along with this installation, as my servers are specifically set up for hosting Drupal and CiviCRM.
